Terms and Conditions
I agree that I will furnish proof that I have completed a certified food safety course (within the last 6 months) and will present it to the exam administrator at the exam session. Proof of completion can be:
- Valid Manager Certificate
- Certificate of Completion of a Certified Manager Course
A valid photo ID must also be presented to the exam administrator at the exam session. Failure to present the course documentation will prohibit us from administering the exam.
