Mark Bakos & Associates must receive advanced notice of 7-days or more prior to the scheduled class or test date to be eligible for a one-time courtesy reschedule.
If a test or class date is rescheduled less than 7-days before the scheduled date, a reschedule fee of $75.00 will apply to each person in a rescheduled class There is a $99.00 fee to retake the paper exam and the fee to retake the online exam will range from $109 to $129..
Reschedule fees are non-refundable.
Any unused class or test fees must be redeemed within 6-months or be forfeited.
Mark Bakos and Associates are not responsible for late book deliveries due to late registrations and Mark Bakos and Associates is not responsible students unsatisfactory results of exams.
Course book if purchased will be mailed to you within 5-7 business days (If you register for an event that is more than 4 weeks out, your study book may not be mailed immediately, therefore may take longer than 5-7 business days).
Mark Bakos and Associates Inc reserves the right to reschedule, postpone or cancel a class session due to adverse weather conditions, low attendance, or scheduling conflicts.

All books are shipped to the student through the USPS/UPS with tracking numbers. If the book does not arrive at the intended destination, Mark Bakos and Associates will replace the book. Once the book is delivered, as determined by the USPS/UPS tracking number, then it is up to the recipient to locate the package. If the recipient does not locate the package, it is up to the recipient to purchase another book from Mark Bakos and Associates.
Exam accommodations (for language barriers, learning disabilities, etc..) must be approved directly through ServSafe at least 10 days in advance of scheduled exam. You can request an exam accommodation form via email. Send form requests to info@mbakosassociates.com.

An additional $40 fee will be required if you choose to change from virtual to in‑person class & exam. Additional fees will be charged if a course book is requested with this change. If you make this change to an in-person event within 7 days of the scheduled virtual class – rescheduling fees will apply.
