Home Study + Online Exam

This product is available nationwide, however additional requirements may be needed after you receive the required certification.

You receive:

• Coursebook mailed to you within 5-7 business days
• Supplemental study materials, such as dictated videos that take you chapter by chapter through the course book, a Youtube video of our in class presentation, and self-grading practice exams
• Remote online proctoring through ProctorU
• ServSafe Manager Exam with remote proctoring

Things you should know BEFORE you order:

To use the online service, you must use a computer (PC or Mac).

• Proctors give directions in English
• Mobile phones and tablets are NOT supported
• A working webcam/mic and a private location are required
• ProctorU will charge rescheduling fees, if appointments are missed or rescheduled within a certain time period, please reference their terms & conditions before scheduling your exam on their website.

After your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with an updated ServSafe Manager Exam Access Code and directions for scheduling your exam through ProctorU. You will also receive an email with a link and password to access the additional online study materials. You may be required to download a browser extension to use ProctorU.

This product is non-refundable so it is very important you complete the system test above before purchasing this product.

The online exam is conducted through a third party. Any technical issues would be resolved through the third party. Online exam codes are valid for 4 months from date of purchase.
