    To use online proctoring, you will need:

The online exam is conducted through a third party. Any technical issues would be resolved through the third party. access codes are valid for 30 days from the date of the virtual webinar (an additional 30 days for the free retake). After the 30 day time frame passes, you will need to purchase a new access code.
